Puberty Suppression for Trans Youth

Rainbow Health Ontario is hosting an educational session on Puberty Suppression for Trans Youth in Primary Health Care. Details below:

  • Friday, February 3rd, 10AM- 2PM

  • RSVP here. Please note, the pre-requisite for all RHO courses is the RHO 2SLGBTQ Foundations course, which you can register for here. Exemptions to the Foundations course can be provided if you can demonstrate equivalent education and/or experience.

Primary Care Survey: A Palliative Approach to Care


Background:

This survey is being conducted by the Palliative Care Data and Quality Collaborative working group of the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) geography.

Purpose:

The purpose of this survey is to assist and inform the Regional Palliative Care Network’s education and capacity planning that will seek to develop resources that support Primary Care Practitioners in the provision of a Palliative approach to care for their patients within the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) geography.

Instructions:

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes or less to complete. All responses will be treated confidential.
