This February, we invite you into the THRIVE family! Let us share with you what "together" means to us. Comment back what it means to you. We'll consider what "together" means in our communities, in chosen family, and even in self care.
To us, "together" is an intentional joining of our hearts, our minds, and our values for the purpose of helping each other and our communities to thrive inside of, or fight to dismantle, destructive systems. Together might be romantic or platonic, peer-to-peer, mentor-mentee, or familial or not.
We feel that "together":
- focuses on empowering each other to be our best selves
- strengthens our voice so that we can fight against injustices
- keeps us alive when it feels like nobody else gets it
